Accounts, organisations and roles
Your organisation
Everything in EmiMine belongs to an organisation: a mining company, an agency, a transparency body, a lender or a research group. What you can use depends on your organisation's type; what you can change depends on your role.
Roles
- Owner and Administrator: manage members, invitations, API keys and the audit log, and do everything an editor can.
- Editor: create and change sites, inventories, scenarios and disclosures.
- Viewer: read everything in the organisation, change nothing.
Joining
An administrator invites you by email. The invitation link lets you set a password and join. If you belong to several organisations, switch between them in the sidebar.
Two-factor sign-in
Turn it on under Account → Security. Add the secret to any authenticator app; you will then be asked for a six-digit code at sign-in.
